What if I just need a quick quote to compare prices?
We will quote you if necessary but without the details of the project we can not guarantee an accurate assessment. We encourage our clients to budget their projects, that way we can assess all the available options within your price range. In many cases clients discover they have options they haven’t even considered.
Do you price match?
We may be able to price match in some cases. Since we are primarily service based we cannot verify all of our competitors range of services. In all cases you will find that we go beyond the call of duty at Good Look Designs.
We determine the client’s needs, target market, and uses for logos. Whether you have a concept in mind or need us to provide solutions from scratch we do so by market research and communicating with the client. Our logo design service is very flexible. Prices are determined by number of concepts you require. Once the work is completed and full payment is received we sign over full rights of usage as well as provide you with vector, high and low-res versions of your logo for your personal use.
We thoroughly discuss every aspect of the project with our clients. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats.
The client is kept abreast of the progress of their design throughout. We present the project at certain stages, or milestones, so the client can approve before work continues. We find it important to keep the client involved to prevent a breakdown in communication.
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. If a client does not require print services, we will supply the electronic files to you on CD, floppy, or through e-mail. Unfortunately SPEC or Speculative work is prohibited at Good Look Designs. In most cases hours must go into the idea as well as construction before quality of work is even present. Our designers, developers, and illustrators cannot afford to invest hours into a project without compensation. All projects require a Terms of Service agreement that accompanies our invoice. This ensures that both parties are treated fairly by outlining the expectations of the project.
We work very hard for your satisfaction and look for your approval at each stage of the design process. For example; if your project calls for 3 comp designs, you have 3 solutions to choose from based on your likes and preferences. If are still not satisfied with the work you have the option of terminating the project at stage 1 eliminating your balance and forfeiting your advance.
We are a verified Paypal merchant. All transactions are invoiced and submitted securely via email in which you can pay via debit or electronic check. An advance payment in which the amount is assessed on a by-project-basis will be made before work can begin.
